The topic of leadership is common in today’s world, as the specific behaviors used to lead have been found to have an impact on a group’s successes and failures. Because work tasks typically have implicit or explicit deadlines, time is a contextual factor that influences most workplaces. Despite this, research on the time-related aspects of leadership is surprisingly limited.
