Die Titanomagnetite in den beiden Lavaströmen am Hohenfels zeigen Hoch- und Tieftemperaturoxidationsstadien, die sich auch im Fe2O 3/FeO-Verhältnis der Gesamtgesteinsanalysen widerspiegeln. Mit der höchsten Oxidationsstufe tritt jeweils eine Rotfärbung der Silikatphasen im Gestein ein. Die Korngrößen der Titanomagnefite und auch ihre Verteilung sind in beiden Laven sehr ähnlich.Abstract: Titanomagnetites of the two lavapiles of Hohenfels show all Hasses of high- and low temperature oxidation states reflecting the Fe2O 3/FeO-rafio of the whole rock chemical analyses. Due to high oxidation states the silicate phases of the rocks are red coloured. Grainsizes and the distribution of titanomagnetites in both lavapiles are of the same type....
