Numerical simulation on HIT (Heterostructure with Intrinsic Thin Layer) solar cell using hetero-structure ITO/(p+)a-Si:H/(i)a-Si:H/(n)c-Si/Al solar cell has been done using AFORS-HET (Automate For Simulation of Heterostructure) software.
