KEEFEKTIFAN KONSELING KELOMPOK TRAITS AND FACTOR TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN KARIR SISWA

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Traits and Factor group counseling on the career decision-making abilities of XI Religion students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Pontianak. Based on this problem the researcher wants to test whether Traits and Factor group counseling can improve students' career decision-making abilities. The research method used was an experiment in the form of a Pre-Experimental Design with a Pre-test – Post-test One Group Design research design. Subjects or samples were taken based on non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The sample was taken as many as 10 people who have a low level of career decision making from a population of 36 people, namely students of class XI Religion. Based on the calculations, the average pre-test (before being given treatment) was 103 and post-test (after being given treatment) was 128. Furthermore, the T count was obtained using the Paired Sample T-test, namely -7,554 with a Sig. (2 tailed) 0.00
