Dans cette thèse, nous étudions un modèle épidémique spatial stochastique où les individus sont caractérisés par leur position et leur état d'infection. Nous commençons par une description microscopique dans laquelle le déplacement des individus est piloté par des interactions de champ moyen, une diffusion dépendant de l'état de l'individu et un bruit environnemental commun. L'évolution des états épidémiologiques est décrite par des processus ponctuels de Poisson avec un taux d'infection dépendant de la distribution des autres individus proches, également de type champ moyen.
