This study investigated the implementation of home visitation for pupils at risk of dropping out in five elementary schools in Baguio City, Philippines. A total of 82 teachers took part in the study, recruited from Districts 1-4. The research design was a Descriptive Survey, and data were collected through questionnaire. Descriptive statistics were used to interpret the data, supplemented by inferential statistics. The findings revealed a significant improvement in learners' behavior after implementing home visitation programs. The study found that home visitation was effective in addressing and improving learners' misbehaviors in class.
