Dans cette thèse, on s’intéresse aux immeubles de Bruhat-Tits et leurs compactifications. Précisément, on construit des compactifications équivariantes d’immeubles de Bruhat-Tits de groupes réductifs puis quasi-réductifs G en les plongeant dans des espaces analytiques associés à certains G-espaces. Ce manuscrit comprend trois chapitres. Le chapitre introductif 1 se donne pour but d’introduire les objets mathématiques en jeu dans les deux chapitres suivants. Le chapitre 2 est une reproduction de l’article [Cha20], à paraître dans Israel Journal of Mathematics.
