Cette thèse se consacre au développement d'outils plus performants pour la détection du formaldéhyde dans l'air. Un dispositif basé sur la fluorescence permet d'analyser des concentrations de formaldéhyde de l'ordre du μg.m-3.. Très sensible et portable, c'est un outil de surveillance en temps quasi-réel. Celui-ci permet de mesurer les variations temporelles et spatiales dans le but d'identifier les sources d'émissions afin de mettre en place une stratégie permettant la dépollution de l'air.
