WGIPS met in January 2023 to combine and review the results of the annual pelagic ecosystem surveys and provide indices for the stocks of herring, sprat, mackerel, boarfish, and blue whiting in the Northeast Atlantic, Norwegian Sea, North Sea, and Western Baltic.
