This PhD thesis investigates the impact of computer-generated art (CG-art) on the concept of artistic creativity in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI). By refining the notion of CG-art, this study aims to establish a clear understanding of what constitutes an AI-generated artwork. Drawing from the fields of Cognitive Science, Aesthetics, and Computer Science, this research explores the intersections of these disciplines.
