Abstract Evoqued here, is the genesis of a research project conducted within the context of a doctoral thesis, using the secret Archives of the Spanish Inquisitorial Tribunals and our applied scientific method and personal approach. Following the serial study of a compilation of handwritten accounts of «autos de íe particulares» held between 1660 and 1730 by the Castilian Tribunals, we have divided and classified by proportional percentages the crimes represented and the exact relationship between a given punishment and a given crime.
