Organisations expect employees to behave as an intrapreneur, which is entrepreneurship within organizations. In order for organisations to increase the level of intrapreneurship, they need an integrated measuring scale. This scale could also be used to facilitate other research towards intrapreneurship. Most scales involve the behavioural dimensions innovativeness, proactiveness and risk-taking, but according to a literature review, the dimensions networking and opportunity recognition are also important, especially when considering the organisational constraints that the intrapreneurs have.
