Influenza viruses are a major public health threat considering their high rates of fatality and morbidity. Upon virus entry, host cells experience modifications in endomembranes and organelles, including those used for virus trafficking and replication. Better understanding how viral infection could alter specifically organelles morphodynamics and contribute to cell adaptation to viral replication is essential to develop innovative anti-viral therapeutics strategies.
