This thesis, based on a social cognitive approach, is interested in the professional learnings of beginner Principal Education Advisors (CPE in French) in the field of “school life” team regulation, within the framework of a school/INSPE (Institut Supérieur du Professorat et de l'Éducation) alternating training.
