Pausas activas: alternativa didáctica para fortalecer la motivación

The objective of this study was to determine the influence of active breaks on strengthening the motivation of students in the fifth parallel grade "A" of the Filomena Mora de Carrión Basic General Education School. It is important to encourage the application of active pauses at different times of the development of the learning process, because they strengthen and considerably improve motivation, since, applied correctly, they are very useful to awaken positive emotions, strengthen concentration, attention, memory activation, reduce stress levels and encourage the active participation of students. It has a mixed quantitative-qualitative approach; In addition, the following methods were used: scientific, statistical, descriptive, analytical, synthetic and inductive; To obtain information, the teacher and students were interviewed; the scale of Learning Motivation and Attributional Styles, CEAP48 Scale, Subscale SEMAP-01 was applied. The population investigated includes one teacher and twenty-two students. In order to support the strengthening of student motivation, the proposal "Let's break the routine and learn with happiness" was designed and applied; It allowed to strengthen and considerably improve motivation with a significant scope.El objetivo del trabajo fue determinar la influencia de las pausas activas en el fortalecimiento de la motivación de los estudiantes del quinto grado paralelo “A” de la escuela de Educación General Básica Filomena Mora de Carrión. Es importante fomentar la aplicación de pausas activas en diferentes momentos del desarrollo del proceso de aprendizaje, porque fortalecen y mejoran considerablemente la motivación, ya que, aplicadas correctamente son de gran utilidad para despertar emociones positivas, fortalecer la concentración, atención, activación de la memoria, reducir los niveles de estrés y fomentar la participación activa de los estudiantes. Tiene un enfoque mixto cuanti-cualitativo; además, se utilizaron los métodos: científico, estadístico, descriptivo, analítico, sintético e inductivo; para la obtención de información se entrevistó a la docente y a los estudiantes; se aplicó la escala de Motivación de Aprendizaje y Estilos Atribucionales, Escala CEAP48, Subescala SEMAP-01. La población investigada comprende una docente y veintidós estudiantes. Con la finalidad de apoyar al fortalecimiento de la motivación de los estudiantes se diseñó y aplicó la propuesta “Rompamos la rutina y aprendamos con felicidad”; la misma permitió fortalecer y mejorar considerablemente la motivación con un alcance significativo. &nbsp
