Beginning teachers face many challenges and often have many problems and areas of concern. All of these factors affect the teacher induction programs and by this means beginning teachers adjust sooner to induction process. As a result of this, both social and personal challenges and problems ease. This situation increases beginning teachers' self-efficiency and thus it reflects educational-instructional process and students. Consequently, with overcoming lacks of the teachers, school environment and learning will be more effective.
