Trials.mat is matlab data structure containing an entry for each experimental trial. Each trial has a numeric strain code and dose code indicating the strain of worm and dose rate of X-ray stimulation, respectively. Keys.mat is contains cell arrays indicating the strains/dose rates associated with numeric codes in Trials data structure. The WLactivity variable within the Trials data structure contains the Worm Lab activity metric calculated at each time point during the trial. The time variable withing the Trials data structure contains information regarding the timing of the X-ray stimulation for the trial.</p
