This study represents a cohort of children for which the microbiome 16S and metagnomic sequencing were collected over a period of their first 2 years of life. This repository represents the code used to analyze results. The Raw 16S data used to generate these processed files is stored in the Harvard dataverse while the metagenome data will be stored in SRA. (2023-06-27). This discription will be updated with final links upon public release of the data and publication of the manuscript. </p
