Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh empati dan responsiveness terhadap mutu pelayanan serta implikasinya pada kepuasan pasien di Unit Rawat Inap Santosa Hospital Bandung Central. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan data dan informasi yang bermanfaat bagi tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat mengenai faktor faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hal ini merupakan salah satu yang harus diketahui dan diperhatikan oleh manajer keperawatan dalam peningkatan mutu pelayanan yang dapat berdampak pada kepuasan pasien.
