This research paper is entitled “Traumatic Experiences of Carrie White in Pearce’s Film ‘Carrie’: A Psychoanalysis Approach”. It examines about traumatic experiences of Carrie White, the main character in film. The film depicts the story of a young girl who is bullied and abused by her peers and her religiously fanatic mother. This research is aimed to provide a deep understanding about the traumatic experience of Carrie White are portrayed in the film ‘Carrie’ in the literary psychoanalysis perspective.
