Commissioned by the Department of the Premier, Western Cape, MarchThe African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) is a method introduced by the African Union to enable African countries to analyse and improve their systems of governance. South Africa's participation in the APRM is voluntary. This report is the final Western Cape Provincial submission to the National APRM team and the Ministry of Public Service and Administration. It will inform the Country's Self Assessment Report and Programme of Action, which will be handed over to the APRM Secretariat.
