Moreover, for FOCAC to succeed, China-Africa cooperation will have to promote industrial best practices to reduce poverty, inequality, and raise standards of living in both regions. The objective of this book is to analyse the implications and benefits of promoting industrial development and agricultural modernisation through FOCAC for both regions.
