Do racial disparities exist in the Berrien County Criminal Justice System? Through an analysis of data from the Berrien County Jail, we will highlight any disparities pertaining to demographic variables––including racial/ethnic identity. Furthermore, we plan to establish our results on a community-applicable scale to aid in eliminating racial injustice
