Background: The co-occurrence of two histologically distinct tumors in the same region separated by a transitional cell population zone or without any histological mixing is known as a true collision tumor. Meningioma, the most common benign intracranial neoplasm, arises from meningothelial cells while a cerebral cavernoma is a benign vascular hamartoma.Case reportWe report a case of a 40-year-old female who presented with right body weakness and seizures.
