Abstract Transplantation of human allogeneic induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC-CMs) is a new, promising treatment for severe heart failure. However, immunorejection is a significant concern in allogeneic hiPSC-CM transplantation, requiring the administration of several immunosuppressive agents.
