Over the last few years, many companies in the European economic domain have carried out a change in values in their company structure. Process and team oriented work systems have been introduced in management and production. The hierarchically structured EDP systems, which are still largely in use, cannot easily be adapted to developments in decentralized management and noticeably disturb the social reorganization process. In the future they will be replaced by a new generation of software which is more oriented toward humans. The organization of the indirect areas will especially profit from this development
