Aportes a la relación entre arte-política y la comunicación como eje transversal: Contributions to the relationship between art-politics and communication as a transversal axis

Given the need to build the route that allows guiding the search for the connection between the concepts of art, politics, communication, this essay intends to outline the theories of Gadamer, Bilbeny and Searle, in relation to: • What is meant by art? , politics and communication? • What notions of power do the selected works present? and • What other perspectives work as theoretical bridges between art, politics, communication and visual tools to understand new technologies? Based on the last question, there will be a theoretical meeting with Chantal Mouffe who argues that art is always political, as long as it resists, affirms or denies a hegemonic order. Contextualization is considered equally important, regarding the artist's training and his position in the society of the past. While Wolton's theory will serve as a paste that ends up giving meaning to the political spaces of art in today's society.Ante la necesidad de construir la ruta que permita orientar la búsqueda de la conexión entre los conceptos de arte, política, comunicación se pretende con este ensayo esbozar las teorías de Gadamer, Bilbeny y Searle,  en relación a: • ¿Qué se entiende por arte, política y comunicación? • ¿Qué nociones de poder presentan los trabajos seleccionados? y • ¿Qué otras perspectivas funcionan de puentes teóricos entre arte, política, comunicación y herramientas visuales entendiendo las nuevas tecnologías? Con base a la última interrogante, se tendrá un encuentro teórico con Chantal Mouffe quien alega que el arte  siempre es político, en tanto resista, afirme o niegue un orden hegemónico. Se considera con igual importancia la contextualización, respecto a la formación del artista y su puesto en la sociedad del pasado. Mientras que la teoría de Wolton servirá de engrudo que termina de dar sentido a los espacios políticos del arte en la sociedad actual
