Given the need to build the route that allows guiding the search for the connection between the concepts of art, politics, communication, this essay intends to outline the theories of Gadamer, Bilbeny and Searle, in relation to: • What is meant by art? , politics and communication? • What notions of power do the selected works present? and • What other perspectives work as theoretical bridges between art, politics, communication and visual tools to understand new technologies?
