In this paper a flexible on-chip multi-sensor signal processing ASIC is proposed supporting a straightforward and economic configuration of smart microsystems. This ASIC admits the process of sensor data and the data transfer via a field bus. The design on system level and the use of in-house HDL-cores and macrocells guarantees a wide range of applications
