Standortsicherung durch Innovation. Grundlagen zukünftiger Strategien und Prozesse

The economic and social conditions of industrial production have changed basically. Former principles of innovation strategies continuously loose their validity. The article gives a summary of research results in the field of innovation since the beginning of this century. New elements of innovation strategies are introduced and evaluated by means of examples from the practice. These elements are based on the so far research results and on suggestions from industrial experts. Finally the article gives specific recommendations which easily can be realized in the industrial practice. Topics of these recommendations are the organization of innovation, control-systems, realization and assessement of innovation
