Apparatus for the delivery of dosed medication has a fixed and an exchangeable unit. The exchangeable section has a fluid reservoir (20) to take the fluid medication under pressure, a sensor (28) to register the fluid temperature, a fluid channel (24) and a tube (30) connected to the channel (24). The fixed section has a clamp (32) to pinch the tube (30), and a control (34) linked to the temperature sensor (28) and clamp (32) to set the flow rate of the medication fluid by operating the clamp (32) according to the measured (28) fluid temperature. ADVANTAGE - The system gives an infinitely variable flow rate adjustment, to give the required dosage rate. It has few disposable components
