The poster describes the way for designing a fuzzy-microsystem in all its phases. Beginning with the problems of controlling micropumps and -valves the current state of the art is shown. At the example of a hardware design for a chip a possible solution for the above-mentioned problem is described. The features of the implemented fuzzy-controller are explained. Emphasis is laid on its adaptability and the specially designed fuzzy-processing algorithm. Based on the manifold features further possible applications are suggested
