Thoughts on text mining in organizational process learning

Software organizations and projects frequently experience the problem that their process models are not based on lessons learned in the process usage and are not well accepted by their users. One typical solution is to evolve the process model by a handful of experts time after time. In this paper we present a method for organizational process learning based on eDiscussions, text mining, experience management, and process evolution. It helps an organization to learn about their processes and process modeling techniques, and enables it to collect valuable experiences from process users
