One deficit of security robots is the limited area that can be covered simultaneously by the sensors of one robot. If the robot is used indoor this area can only be enlarged by increasing the number of robots, when used outdoor in addition by increasing the range of sensors. The whole protection area of a security robot is basically limited by the range of the communication method and can be increased mostly by adding communicational infrastructure. This paper treats a method for increasing both the sensor area simultaneously covered and the whole protection area
