The resettlement of Algerians who benefited from the « aide à la réinsertion » Rachid BENATTIG Since the enforcement of measures aimed at helping the returning migrants to resettle in their home countries, more than 11 500 Algerian immigrants in France (almost 23 000 people altogether with the members of their families) had benefited from measures as of the end of 1987. For these workers especially liable to the risk of unemployement, the aid has provided a real opportunity of occupational rehabilitation as well as of social reinsertion in the home country.
