The thermally metallized layer is irradiated with short-wave electromagnetic radiation. A temporal progress of the reduction of the amount of the organic compound of the thermally metallized layer is determined by the measurement of the scattered light, where the reduction of the amount of the organic compound is limited by a photocatalytic degradation.
