F. Jenny - A.P. Weber - Competition policy in France : new rules, new issues. This paper is presenting the principal modifications, which have been introduced recently to the French anti-trust-legislation : the control of the concentration process, the setting up of a Competition Commission, with powers extended to all matters of competition, the adaptation of the penalty procedure, and the possibility to refer to the commission.
