It is presented a system that allows the efficient textual and visual authoring of interactive services and applications for mobile broadcasting scenarios. Due to the variety of existing transmission platforms and possible standards for describing interactive services it is developed a framework that enables the author to create interactive services and to let them be transcoded automatically to several distribution formats. An XML-based draft authoring format is introduced for the textual description of interactive contents. In addition it will given an overview of a Java based authoring tool, then it is developed for visual and intuitional creation of interactive contents.
