An interaction zone is producible by cooperating the electron-beam and the fluid for generating X-ray radiation (2). A part of the fluid line is permeably formed for the electron beam, so that the interaction zone is producible within the fluid line. The fluid is completely surrounded by the fluid line towards the chamber. The target unit is designed in such a way that the X-ray radiation is emittable in the electron-beam direction.
