The excavations carried out at the Pre-pottery Neolithic В village of Yiftahel (Area C) in the Lower Galilee, Israel, revealed seven human skeletons : two adult males, two young females and three infants. The present paper discusses the burial practices as well as the biological characteristics of the Yiftahel population.Les fouilles qui ont eu lieu à Yiftahel (chantier C), village PPNB de Basse Galilée (Israël) ont livré sept squelettes humains : deux de sexe masculin, deux de sexe féminin et trois enfants.
