PERSPECTIVAS CULTURAIS E O ENSINO DE CIÊNCIAS: VÍNCULOS E REDIMENSIONAMENTO PARA A PRÁTICA DOCENTE

This article aims at making some reflections, by means of bibliographic research, on a recurrent topic in the scientific fields, that is, the cultural issues related to the teaching of Natural Sciences (Science, Chemistry, Physics and Biology) in the Brazilian schools. The links between cultural elements and the teaching and learning processes in the subjects of Natural Sciences need to be urgently and carefully discussed, both at the scientific level, through research, and at the level of teaching practice in the classroom. The justification for this is the absence of such aspects in the everyday concerns of education professionals of Basic Education and in their formal education processes. In this sense, this article suggests relevant resizing of actions in Science teaching, based on aspects related to some important cultural elements.O presente texto pretende direcionar uma reflexão, com base na pesquisa bibliográfica, acerca das questões culturais, cujo tema não é novo no meio acadêmico, apontando para seu entrelaçamento com o ensino em disciplinas de Ciências Naturais (Ciências, Química, Física e Biologia) nas escolas brasileiras. Os vínculos entre os elementos culturais e os processos de ensino e aprendizagem nas disciplinas de Ciências Naturais necessitam, com urgência, ser aprofundados, tanto a nível acadêmico, enquanto pesquisa, quanto no nível da prática docente em sala de aula, sob a justificativa de sua ausência das preocupações cotidianas dos profissionais da educação básica e de seus processos formativos formais. Neste sentido, o artigo encaminha sugestões para redimensionamentos relevantes para as ações no ensino de ciências, fundamentados em aspectos associados a elementos culturais de grande importância
