BREVE ESTUDO DIACRÔNICO SOBRE A TRAGÉDIA

The present paper intends to accomplish a historical study about the theories that treat of the tragic gender. In greater number, the studies about this gender begin through the Aristotelian propositions, indicating the Greeks, as creators of this art. Like this, also the present study reviews what Aristotle describes about the tragedy, for after to move forward concerning other experts in different times thought about such gender. The objective, here, is to arrive to a possible understanding about the tragedy in our time. The tragic always caused interest in the most different areas of theknowledge, from specialists in theories of the arts, educators, historians, playwrights, philosophers, psychologists, among other, what demonstrates how interesting and pertinent the theme is shown.O presente trabalho pretende realizar um estudo diacrônico sobre as teorias que tratam do gênero trágico. Em grande maioria, os estudos sobre este gênero partem das proposições aristotélicas, indicando os gregos, como criadores desta arte. Assim, também o presente estudo revê o que Aristóteles descreve sobre a tragédia, para em seguida avançar sobre outros teóricos que em diferentes épocas debruçaram-se sobre tal gênero. O objetivo, aqui, é chegar a um possível entendimento sobre a tragédia em nosso tempo. O trágico sempre despertou interesse nas mais diferentes áreas do conhecimento, desde teóricos sobre as artes, educadores, historiadores, dramaturgos, filósofos, psicólogos, entre outros, o que demonstra o quão interessante e pertinente se mostra a temática
