Politikszenarien für den Klimaschutz V - auf dem Weg zum Strukturwandel: Treibhausgas-Emissionsszenarien bis zum Jahr 2030; Förderkennzeichen 306 16 025, UBA-FB 001308

Scenarios are developed for energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. These comprise the end-use sectors (residential, tertiary, transport, industry) as well as the energy transformation sectors (electricity and district heat production, other energy sectors). The scenarios were elaborated using sector-specific models considering policy measures and targets. The policy measures implemented in the time period of 2000 to end-2008 are taken into ac-count in the 'With Measures Scenario'. In the 'Structural Change Scenario', additional meas-ures and targets of energy and climate policy are represented. The base year for the scenarios is 2005; the time horizon extends to 2030. The analysis includes also estimates on the effects of the economic crisis in 2008/2009 on the future greenhouse gas emission levels
