European Court of Human Rights : A.M. v. Turkey

In a judgment of 19 October 2021 the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) found a violation of the right to freedom of expression as guaranteed by Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), because a man in Turkey had been disciplinary sanctioned for a video posted on Facebook.
