The method involves filling a starting material in a form of a pasty mass into an injection mold and hardening the material. Gaseous fission products of curing and/or gaseous suspension or solvent are exhausted through pores or openings of the mold, where the starting material is not exhausted through the pores or openings. The starting material is selected from a group consisting of a polysilane polycarbosilane copolymer or a mixture of infusible and insoluble chemically reactive or polysilane-polycarbosilane copolymer, where the starting material exhibits short fibers.
