Additive technologies offer great design flexibility, and they can be applied to different powders for the manufacture of various orthopaedics and assistant systems devices. The technology offers a high dimensional accuracy and reproducibility and the advantage of a great flexibility for complex designs that could not be realised with conventional manufacturing techniques. Different test cases and some future concepts will be presented during the presentation
