On January 15, 1537, the city of Popayán, Colombia, was founded; today is possible to go back in time thanks to the conservation of its historic sector, which due to its colonial value, is considered one of the most representatives of Latin America; however, that value of yesteryear is the reason why it is perceived to be a sector without universal accessibility, which marginalizes people with disabilities or reduced mobility.
