Liderazgo directivo y desempeño docente en una Unidad Educativa Peruana de Nivel Superior, Periodo 2021

The study proposed to determine the relationship exercised by managerial leadership against teacher performance within a Peruvian higher level educational unit located in the cutting cone in the period 2021. The type of research used is correlational, quantitative and non-experimental design. , cross section. The study population was made up of 64 teachers in which the sample obtained was 55 full-time and part-time teachers. Obtaining statistical data was given by the questionnaire and the reliability of the instrument, by Cronbach's alpha with 0.979. The results showed that there is a relationship between the variables of the study, as well as, important points were identified for a subsequent study since in the field linked to people within an organization, a series of elements influence that explain human behavior in the climate. organizational.La presente investigación propuso determinar la relación que ejerce el liderazgo directivo frente al desempeño docente dentro de una unidad educativa de nivel superior peruana ubicada en el cono corte en el periodo 2021. El tipo de investigación empleado es de tipo correlacional, cuantitativa y de diseño no experimental, de corte transversal. La población de estudio estuvo conformada por 64 docentes en la cual, la muestra obtenida fue de 55 docentes a tiempo completo y parcial. La obtención de datos estadísticos fue dada por el cuestionario y la confiabilidad del instrumento, por el alfa de Cronbach con un 0.979. Los resultados arrojaron que existe una relación significativa entre las variables del estudio, así mismo se identificaron puntos importantes para un posterior estudio ya que en el ámbito ligado a personas dentro de una organización, influyen una serie de elementos que explican el comportamiento humano en el clima organizacional
