La gestión educativa como factor importante en la eficacia del clima organizacional en instituciones educativas

This document summarizes the study of Educational Management in relation to the organizational climate in educational institutions; It should be noted that it is carried out for the benefit of the teaching-learning processes where it seeks to achieve maximum comprehensive development in order to offer a quality and warm education; We must also mention that their pedagogical, organizational, administrative and community dimensions have been studied, which have managed to see the shortcomings and opportunities in their different areas to achieve progress jointly and not individually; In this regard, if we take the terms organizational climate, we refer to the set of behaviors that make an organization, in this educational case, work correctly, that is, in the context of educational institutions, the organizational climate can influence motivation, commitment and the satisfaction of teachers and other staff members, which in turn can affect the quality of teaching and learning.El presente documento muestra de forma resumida el estudio de la Gestión Educativa en relación al clima organizacional en las Instituciones educativas; cabe resaltar que se realiza en beneficio de los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje en donde se busca alcanzar el máximo desarrollo integral para ofrecer así una educación de calidad y calidez; también debemos mencionar que se han estudiado sus dimensiones pedagógica, organizativa, administrativa y comunitaria que han logrado ver las falencias y oportunidades  en sus diferentes ámbitos para conseguir el progreso de forma mancomunada y no de forma individual; en tal virtud si tomamos los términos clima organizacional nos referimos al conjunto de conductas que hacen que una organización en este caso educativa funcione de forma correcta es decir en el contexto de las instituciones educativas, el clima organizacional puede influir en la motivación, el compromiso y la satisfacción de los docentes y otros miembros del personal, lo que a su vez puede afectar la calidad de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje
