La contribución de las TIC en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en estudiantes de preparatoria

The objective of this research is to identify how ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) influences the teaching and learning process in high school students at the "17 de Julio" Educational Unit located in the Imbabura province, Ibarra canton. The applied approach is descriptive quantitative, which corresponds to a study of analysis of factual and experiential situations. The information was collected through interviews and an online survey of teachers and authorities, direct observation, and documentary analysis. The results show that teacher training, support for student representatives, and students are necessary. In conclusion, the use of ICT in high school students strengthens the teaching and learning process, collaborative and cooperative work, and promotes quality and human warmth.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo identificar cómo influye las TIC en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en los estudiantes de preparatoria de la Unidad Educativa “17 de julio” ubicada en la provincia de Imbabura, cantón Ibarra. El enfoque aplicado es cuantitativo descriptivo lo que corresponde a un estudio de análisis de hechos y situaciones vivenciales. La recolección de la información se realizó a través de entrevistas y encuesta online a docentes y autoridades, observación directa y de análisis documental. Los resultados arrojan que es necesaria una capacitación docente, apoyo a representantes de los estudiantes y estudiantes. En conclusión, el uso de las TIC en los estudiantes de preparatoria, fortalecen el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje, el trabajo colaborativo, cooperativo y promueve la calidad y calidez humana
