Estrategia pedagógica para el fortalecimiento del cuidado del medio ambiente a través del área de derecho propio con los estudiantes del grado séptimo

The article corresponds to the investigative journey of the project "Own Law and governance in the Indigenous Environmental Guard" in the Sindagua Agroindustrial Bilingual Educational Institution, Palmar Imbi Medio indigenous reservation in Ricaurte (Nariño, Colombia); whose general objective sought to establish a pedagogical strategy to strengthen environmental care through the area of own law with seventh grade students. For this, the qualitative-descriptive methodology was used, according to the characteristics of the indigenous people and their oral tradition, through instruments such as the open interview, adapted to the ethno-educational processes, called "Minga de Pensamiento", the dialogue and the participant observation between the environmental guard, teachers and leaders of the reservation, adjusted to their worldview and cosmogony, the harmony of the human being and the natural environment. However, due to the rigors of the armed conflict and the intrusion of different actors into the territory, serious damage has been caused, which requires a deeper understanding, outlining alternative solutions. As main results, it was possible to recognize the importance of ancestral knowledge, the own pedagogical and curricular components and the incidence of own law in the practices of environmental education man nature (Inkal-Awá), uses, knowledge, customs and friendly relationship with the mother earth, to be incorporated into the ethno-educational curriculum.El artículo corresponde al recorrido investigativo del proyecto “Derecho Propio y gobernabilidad en La Guardia Ambiental Indígena” en La Institución Educativa Bilingüe Agroindustrial Sindagua, Resguardo indígena Palmar Imbi Medio de Ricaurte (Nariño, Colombia); cuyo objetivo general buscó establecer una estrategia pedagógica para el fortalecimiento del cuidado del medio ambiente a través del área de derecho propio con estudiantes del grado séptimo. Para ello se utilizó la metodología cualitativa-descriptiva, de acuerdo a características del pueblo indígena y su tradición oral, mediante instrumentos como la entrevista abierta, adaptada a los procesos etnoeducativos, denominada “Minga de Pensamiento”, el dialogo y la observación participante entre la guardia ambiental, docentes y líderes del resguardo, ajustada a su cosmovisión y cosmogonía, la armonía del ser humano y el entorno natural. Sin embargo, por rigores del conflicto armado y la intromisión de distintos actores al territorio, se ha causado serios daños, que exigen ahondar en el conocimiento, perfilando alternativas de solución.  Como resultados principales, se pudo reconocer la importancia del conocimiento ancestral, los componentes pedagógicos y curriculares propios y la incidencia del derecho propio en las prácticas de la educación ambiental hombre naturaleza (Inkal-Awá), usos, saberes, costumbres y relación amigable con la madre tierra, para incorporarse en el currículo etnoeducativo
